Diego Dolcini

Sometimes, it’s the lesser known designers who design the shoes that really fill me with want. Diego Dolcini’s designs combine that well known Italian flair and craftsmanship with a real artistry; producing shoes so beautiful I could almost weep about not being able to afford/justify selling my own mother to have a pair to call my very own.

I managed to push my own sadness aside long enough to have a look at the latest collection; and as I have come to expect the designer didn’t disappoint. The shoes are GLORIOUS. My personal favourites have to be the soft grey sandals. I could see myself wearing them to the office, out shopping, to a party... in fact, it might take a lot to get them off me once I got them on my feet. Their minimalistic design and neutral colour scheme is sure to make them a classic. If neutral colours aren’t your thing, then the collection offers cutout detail sandals in black (patterned with delicate florals) and rainbow coloured sandals in a variety of edgy styles.

If the designer’s coloured sandals appeal to you, then you might want to have a look in the BMH store. Quickly. We have a pair that are screaming to belong to somebody. Quick, before i get that down payment on my grandma...
